Clean out a closet or drawer. Out with what is clogging up your life to make room for new and better things.
Get in nature. Nature heals and connects you.
Phone someone you haven’t talked to in a while. Create some good vibes.
Clean the light switches in your house. Easy, satisfying, in the moment.
Go for a walk. Better yet, start a new exercise program. Know that if you stick with it, you’ll be evolving as a person, and your whole life will change.
Do something nice for someone. Something totally unexpected.
Eat something healthy for you. Notice how you feel.
Get “Practicing the Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. Use it. If you do, everything will change.
Express love. To your family, friends, strangers, your pets…Anywhere you can!
