    Can you put into non-metric measurements also please? And how much backing soda is “a bag”????

    ok………..so 1 kilogram of lemons = 2.2 pounds ……… 3 liters of water = 3 quarts + 1/2 cup ………… 1 “bag” of baking soda = 1/2 ounce (2.88 teaspoons) Sheesh.

    I almost want to think they mean powdered sugar? How else can this be a syrup if you use baking soda. Powdered sugar does come in a bag! Please confirm.

    I guess it is a “syrup” because it is a “reduction?” – That’s all I can think of. It would be a very thick “concoction” of a reduced, boiled down TYPE of “syrup” (just not sweet) made of water/lemon/baking soda. I agree though, it’s a bad description and not accurate.

    And by the way, I’ve asked Chemists if anything we eat “removes” things temporarily, quickly and efficiently from our blood and the answer is – no. It just doesn’t work that way. Eating a neutral PH diet to change your blood ph doesn’t work, etc. There are very scientific, biochemical reasons why- if you want to know, ask a scientists/chemist. They will explain. It’s all – science. The rest is “pseudo-science.”
